Mix up Tex-Mex party dip the night before or in the morning, and you'll have a terrific chilled dip to serve as an appetizer or snack. Put out the dip bowl and your favorite nacho chips or serve an assortment of fresh vegetable dippers like carrot, bell peppers or broccoli.
Creamy Tex-Mex Ranch Dip
- 12 oz. cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 TBS. powdered taco season mix
- 4 oz. chopped green chillies
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
- Chill the dip for several hours or overnight.
- That's it. You have a tasty dip ready to go on the table.
