Easy Guacamole Dip
2 avocados
1 TBS. lime juice (can substitute lemon if needed)
1/3 cup salsa (thick is better)
Directions:
Peel and pit the avocados. Mash the flesh until smooth and creamy.
Stir the lime (or lemon) juice over the avocado mix and stir in. The acid in the lime keeps the avocados from turning dark (like bananas do).
Stir in your favorite salsa. The thick style works better. If you like spicy foods, then use hot salsa. For a milder taste, use mild salsa.
This quick guacamole dip can be served as a regular dip with nacho chips or can be spooned on tacos, enchiladas or other favorite Tex-Mex foods.
